India Shipping

• We proudly offer free shipping to all our valued customers located within India.
• For product deliveries, our website relies on ground and air shipping services through established carriers like Delhivery, Safexpress, and India Post , ETC.

International Shipping:

• For orders shipped outside India, the shipping amount is already included and charges will be calculated based on the actual volumetric weight
• For orders shipped to European countries and Canada custom duties and charges will apply in accordance with the destination country’s rules and regulations.
• We currently offer international shipping to selected countries. Please allow for longer delivery times depending on your location.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

• Standard Shipping: 15 to 20 business days, Including Making Process
• Expedited Shipping: 5 to 7 business days, Including Making Process

Order Processing:

• All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days
• You will receive an email notification with carrier information and tracking details once your order is ready for dispatch.
• Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you if there are any delays.
• Products will be delivered to your doorstep, or the ground floor in cases of multi-storied apartments or condominiums. However, for multi-storied apartments, customers are responsible for arranging additional assistance or equipment to transport the mandir to their residence.

Returns & Refunds

• We hope you love your TempleHub purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and Replacement
• Please note that if your product arrives with damage to the outer packaging or internal components, please take photographs of the damage and submit them to us. We will assess the damage and provide either repair or replacement support accordingly. If you have any issue with your Product we request you please contact us our team will assist you and do the best for you .

Return Policy:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery, Only applicable for the INDIA
• Products should be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact

How to Initiate a Return:

• To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at instavibetemple@gmail.comand WhatsApp with your order number and reason for the return.
• Once your Request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
• Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days after receiving the returned item on same condition that we Shipped
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items:
